Joy. It is not just a fluffy word. Joy is a state of being. Joy is a feeling.
According to Dr. Christiane Northrup, “Doing the things that bring us joy actually decreases cellular inflammation in the body. She also states that, “Cellular inflammation is the beginning of almost all chronic disease.”
Sounds pretty important, wouldn’t you say? It is amazing to me, in my experience over the past 10 years, that most people do not know what brings them joy. Therefore, they are not even aware if they are living their joy or not. So really, what are the chances are they are living it and being present in it?
