Finding and Living Your Joy

Joy.  It is not just a fluffy word.  Joy is a state of being.  Joy is a feeling.

According to Dr. Christiane Northrup, “Doing the things that bring us joy actually decreases cellular inflammation in the body. She also states that, “Cellular inflammation is the beginning of almost all chronic disease.”

Sounds pretty important, wouldn’t you say? It is amazing to me, in my experience over the past 10 years, that most people do not know what brings them joy.  Therefore, they are not even aware if they are living their joy or not.  So really, what are the chances are they are living it and being present in it?

The question is how can you get to joy?  How do you stay in joy once you find it? Is that even possible?

Bev has created a seminar based on 10 simple steps to finding and living your joy.

What about you? Are you ready to bring more joy into your life?
