Change can show up in our lives in large and small ways. Some changes are easily manageable; others do not feel quite so easy. Some of the more difficult changes can be moving, job loss, death, illness, divorce, empty nesting, sometimes it is even friendships changing.
We will explore the uncertainty that comes with change. We’ll dig deep to find answers for how to make the changes you would like to see in your life, or how to move through your own personal changes that are already occurring.
You’ll have the opportunity to go home with YOUR answers as well as some good “go to” questions to ask yourself whenever change shows up in your life and/or you want to make changes. We will discuss ideas and help you to move forward and through your challenges.

I Am Enough

I am deeply honoured and excited to be a guest speaker at this year’s Women and Wellness Event in Moncton, titled, “I Am Enough”. It is an always an incredible evening to raise awareness about mental health. It began as a kitchen party over 10 years ago by an amazing woman with a mission, Helen MacDonnell who lost her brother to suicide. It has grown exponentially over the years and this year because of the amount of people they have moved it to a bigger venue.
