Law of Attraction

The Universal Law of Attraction states that like attracts like.

We become what we think about all day long. Our thoughts, when we think them over and over again, become a belief for us which in turn become the “rules and regulations” that we live our lives out of.

Have you ever noticed that when you think about the stressful things in your life you “feel” bad and continue to “feel” bad?  It is difficult to bring yourself out of that state when you continue to dwell on those thoughts, worries or concerns.

When we learn to become aware of our thoughts and feelings we can begin to shift in our lives in the direction of what we want our life to look and or/feel like.

Law of Attraction is not an unfamiliar topic to many people. The movie and book The Secret made this topic popular a few years ago but contrary to what many people believe, these concepts are not new. They date back hundreds of thousands of years. The Law of Attraction is the belief that like attracts like and that by focusing on positive or negative thoughts one can bring positive or negative results.

Studies show that 80-90 per cent of the thoughts we think today will be the thoughts we think tomorrow. We are most often unaware we are doing this. Unfortunately, we have been taught to think without thinking.

Much of the time thinking negatively is a result of old limited belief patterns. It is up to each of us to find, challenge and then change those beliefs them if they are not healthy ones for us.

Once you can learn to begin to identify your own patterns you can easily change them into healthy, empowering thought patterns that actually work for you.
