Power Coach Bev Crossman opened her doors as a personal life coach and energy healing practitioner in 2008, after 20 years in the health care industry. She has worked one-on-one with hundreds of clients to alleviate stress and anxiety, work through all kinds of trauma and grief, heal emotional and physical wounds, and lead the most joy-filled life possible.
She brings powerful insight, compassion, natural healing ability, and a vibrancy to her practice that helps clients to transform their lives and find the balance they need. In addition to her talent as a life coach and inspirational speaker, she is trained in Emotion Code, Theta Healing, and Reiki.
She has had a passion for helping others since a very young age, and learned through her own journey of discovery that – in truth – most of us are seeking the same thing, to be seen, heard and loved for exactly who we are, as we are.
Bev believes that our bodies hold emotions, and until toxic emotions are truly healed and released, the physical pain may never fully heal and release. She has seen how incredibly powerful the mind-body connection is, and dedicates herself to helping others heal and shift from where they are to where they want to be.
Through the process of facing her own fears and branching out into her own business of helping people achieve their very best personal success, Bev began offering workshops, seminars, keynote speeches, and retreats on the very topics she had to learn herself as she was discovering more about who she is and how to heal her own life. She teaches tools that will allow you to be more fully yourself, while empowering and lifting up those around you. She believes it is impossible to lift others up without in turn lifting ourselves up.
She also works as a third party service provider with the Employee and Family Assistance Program at Co-op Atlantic. She is a successful business owner, proud mother, doting grandmother, avid yoga student, loyal friend and inspirational mentor to many.
