I LOVE TO CONNECT THE DOTS!  Love it!!

When I Bev62was a child I loved those connect the dots exercises, did you?

This is a big part of what I do. One of my favourite quotes by Iyanla Vanzant is, “Until you heal the wounds of the past you will continue to bleed into the future.” This quote will help me explain to you what I do.

We are all affected by the lives we have led from when we were born until this very moment that you are reading this. I love to help people connect the dots of their past and find what very often is affecting them today. That’s right, right now in the present moment. Our fears, blocks, insecurities and sometimes illnesses are very often intrinsically connected to an event, experience and/or messages from our past.

How many times have you heard about how our limiting beliefs are stopping us from going after our dreams? Well, where do you think these beliefs came from? Most often, something that happened or something that someone taught us in our past.

You could be living a pattern over and over and…you get the idea.

How I can help you and why I love it

What excites me is finding that for you! I get so pumped when I get to help you discover and clear away what could be holding you back from living your own hopes, dreams and desires. Even more exciting to me is when these have been causing you illness, stress and pain and I get to help you to relieve this. By identifying old patterns and through experiences and events that happened to us, we can change our present and our future.

Throughout my life events came up for me that I believe help me to have empathy for people and help me to better understand other people’s pain, whether it be physical and/or emotional. Both of which I had at one time.

I worked in the healthcare field for over 20 years and witnessed the pain people experienced daily and I just WANTED TO HELP THEM!

Whenever I would learn something new for myself I would get so excited that I just wanted everyone to know about it. When I realized that self-care could change people’s entire lives I wanted to shout it from the roof tops, however I learned that not everyone wants to hear/know this. And that not everyone is ready.

Lucky for me I found the people who do. Perhaps you are one of them…
